Five Reflections for Modern Leadership

Why are we as leaders drawn to the simple and quick solutions? Answers over questions? This presentation is a little journey of reflection and discovery for modern leaders. You already know this: The world is constantly changing. We are finding out that “tried and tested” ways of the past are no longer fit for what lays ahead. The journey is challenging and fun and each one of us has to discover it for ourselves. The presenter had the good fortune to work with many who inspired his growth. This talk shares five reflections and five transitions, that were particularly helpful, so you don’t have to start from scratch.
